• The Initial inventory check (full inventory, preferably at your presence), this is important for security aspect and also if you decide to rent out your property.
• A Bi-monthly inspection of the property, where our team undertake a basic security check, i.e. alarms, window and doors, they will also air  the property and check for problems, i.e. internal, external, leaks, furniture condition. In the event of any such damage/problems as a member you will be sent a full report with accompanying images for your assessment.
• We will include a key holding service and in the event of anybody wishing to gain access to the property this will only be done by the owners authorization. All of the Philippou management team will be aware of the properties occupancy list.
• A monthly account statement will be bought forward at the start of each month for services undertaken.
• A mail service will be provided, where the post can be re directed to our headquarters in Larnaca, at an extra cost this can then be sent to your home address or alternatively just collect on your next visit.
• Inspection of property (arrival check and departure lock-up: hot water provision, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating and air-conditioning, set clocks, lock up property).
• 24 hour emergency number is available, any services carried out after office hours are billed accordingly, so this number should only be used when deemed absolutely necessary.
• The marketing of rentals on our worldwide partner portals, each rental would be listed and available.
• A bi-monthly newsletter would go out to all of our existing database of rental clients with available dates and options for your property.

In the event of a rental there are a number of services available

• Before arrival renters are asked to sign an occupancy contract for the period of the rental, copies of passports are also taken.
• On arrival our staff will be on hand to meet and greet the client, to hand over the keys and to vet the renters, a deposit will be taken for damages
• On departure our staff will inspect the property, collect the keys and hand back the clients deposit.
• Before arrival a welcome pack can be placed in the property. These are essential items, i.e. milk, coffee, tea, bread, jam etc. This however is an extra cost of €15 and only on request
• On hand in your apartment, renters will have access to the visitors book. This is guide for use throughout their stay with useful information and numbers. i.e. emergency numbers for fire, doctors, police, taxis etc. It will also give them options of places to visit and area information, i.e. restaurants, options of things to do for children etc.
• A collection and drop off service is also available upon request, charged at €25 each way.
• At the end of each stay a cleaning service is provided, bed linen and towels will be sent for dry cleaning.
• During a rental a maid service can be provided at an extra charge of €8 + VAT per hour.
• All rentals are available to see on our website via your special log in.
• We will submit details to advertise your property top Cyprus Rental websites, giving you the opportunity to reach a worldwide audience, plus an advertising brochure on our own website. Getting bookings for your property is as important to us as it is to you - no bookings, no rental fee!
